- The local mainline railway station is approximately 1 mile from Coed Talon
- A frequent bus service is available from the main A493 which is approximately 100 yards from Coed Talon
- Coed Talon can be found by a right turn from the A493 Dolgellau/Tywyn main route to Llwyn Ddu (see more detailed instructions)
- Car parking is at the front of the property on the tarmac drive. There is room for 6 cars. Garaging can be made available with prior arrangement
- The house is approached from the tarmac drive onto a level paved path to the main entrance. The path is well lit at night.
- The house is on two levels, ground floor and first floor
- The ground floor is level throughout with ceramic tiling with occasional rugs and mats.
- The downstairs double bedroom has a small corridor with doors off to the bedroom and shower room consisting of toilet, shower and wash basin
- The upstairs rooms are approached by a flight of stairs with thirteen steps with a handrail onto a gallery landing.
- There is a small balcony from the landing area
- The double upstairs bedroom has an en-suite consisting of toilet, shower and washbasin
- The twin upstairs bedroom has sole use of the family bathroom consisting of toilet, bath, separate shower and washbasin
- The stairs and bedrooms have fully fitted carpets.
- The bathrooms have non slip cushion floor covering
- We have a list of out of hours phone numbers in the bedroom and would offer assistance during the night in case of emergencies
- Corridors and landing are well lit
- Cordless kettles are standard in all rooms
- Waiter/waitress service is standard
- Menus can be provided in large print
- Mobile phone reception is poor within some areas of the house and garden
